Our company offers a specially developed range of wire guide rollers in standardized sizes from 25 mm to 1,200 mm in diameter. Our range of standard sheaves includes designs in cascade construction, which ensure safe wire guiding, and a series with cylindrical running surfaces, which is ideal for multi-wire technology.
We manufacture idlers in a wide range of different geometries and materials, including aluminum with wear layer, steel with wear layer and hardened steel. In addition, we offer special designs in ceramic composite or solid ceramic, consisting of aluminum, zirconium oxide or silicon nitride materials.
Depending on the area of application, we can produce our long-proven, wear-resistant coating systems in the form of oxide ceramics and hard coatings in electrically conductive and non-conductive variants.
