We rely on steel-ceramic composite designs with zirconium oxide and use only high-quality ceramic materials that are characterized by their excellent wear resistance, high density, fine-grained structure, and smooth, pore-free surfaces.
To achieve the best possible surface as a contact area for the wire, we use materials with particularly small grain sizes. Depending on the application, we offer drawing rolls and drawing cones in different material and coating variants:
