FAQs

What types of wire and cable machinery are your tools compatible with?
We manufacture tooling for rod breakdown, single/multi-wire drawing machines, resistance annealing lines, spoolers, stranding machines, bunchers, and more. Our products are compatible with OEMs like NIEHOFF, Henrich, SAMP, and others.
What materials are your drawing tools made from?
We use high-performance materials such as steel-ceramic composites, tungsten carbide, full ceramic (alumina, zirconia), and hardened tool steel to ensure durability and surface integrity.
Can you support legacy machinery from the 1980s or 1990s?
Yes — thanks to our in-house archive of original drawings and retrofitting expertise, we can manufacture parts for legacy machines with full precision.
Do you offer tooling for specialized applications like magnet wire or fiber cables?
Absolutely. We produce custom components for ultra-fine wire, magnet wire, fiberglass reinforcement, and carbon-fiber cable production.
What is your tool refurbishment process?
We clean, inspect, regrind, recoat (if needed), rebalance, and test each refurbished part to ensure like-new performance — saving you up to 60% of replacement cost.
How do I know if my worn tooling is eligible for refurbishment?
Send us photos or samples — we’ll assess tool condition and provide a recommendation within 48 hours.
Can you help with performance optimization or consulting?
Yes. Our engineering team offers consultative support for line performance, tool-life extension, and process improvement.
