Coating Systems:

  • Hard coatings and oxide ceramic layers
  • Available in both electrically conductive and non-conductive forms
  • Proven long-life performance in high-speed environments

With long-proven performance, our pulleys offer minimal wear, consistent wire flow, and maximum service life.

Drawing Rollers & Drawing Cones

Optimized Surfaces for Single and Multi-Wire Systems

Application Scope
We supply precision-engineered drawing rollers and cones for both single-wire and multi-wire lines—designed for stability, finish quality, and wear resistance under continuous high-speed operation.

Material Construction
Our preferred build uses steel-ceramic composites with zirconium oxide—known for their high density, fine-grained structure, and pore-free surfaces. These ensure minimal wire friction and extended lifecycle.

Surface Quality
To achieve smooth, consistent wire contact, we use ceramic materials with ultra-fine grain size—critical for finish-sensitive applications.

Available Variants

  • Hardened steel
  • Steel with ceramic or tungsten carbide coatings
  • Steel-ceramic composite bodies
  • Full ceramic designs (Zirconium Oxide)

Each design is optimized to match your machine configuration, production goals, and wire specifications.

Contact Tubes & Rollers

Precision Components for Resistance Annealing Systems

Application Use
We produce high-precision contact tubes and rollers for resistance annealing processes, built to withstand thermal, mechanical, and electrical demands.

Material & Design
Our rollers are typically made from aluminum and coated with a non-conductive ceramic layer in the wire guide zone. Contact tubes are machined from solid steel tubing and finished with a nickel coating for high conductivity and durability.

Technical Specs

  • Wear layer thickness: Up to 1.00 mm
  • Diameter: Up to 500 mm
  • Length: Up to 600 mm

Service & Customization
We offer regrinding and recoating services to extend service life. Custom designs are available, including tubes with graduated diameters on a single part to meet unique wire line requirements. All solutions are co-engineered with clients for optimal fit and performance.
